Nauseous...damn it... bad decision of going to gym during lunch... the damn building is out of gatorate on every floor... the only time I actually want to buy one here... errr...

anyhow, if u r interest in running, there is 5k running around dc military site... & my crazy coworker is trying to form a team... she is crazy...u can join her craziness... yeah, I'll cheer for u ppl...
